<br /> <br />Category 2: Sensitive information <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />o Draft run-of-show <br />o Budget allocation <br /> <br />Phase 2 – Talent Booking & Pre-Event Coordination (40%) <br />Amount: $10,000 <br />Trigger: <br />• Confirmation of booked talent across all event dates <br />• Completion of artist contracting <br />• Submission of: <br />o Master talent schedule <br />o Artist contact sheet <br />o Preliminary stage plots and production details <br /> <br />Phase 3 – Event Execution & Closeout (30%) <br />Amount: $7,500 <br />Trigger: <br />• Successful execution of all event dates <br />• Delivery of all services outlined in the Scope of Work <br />• Submission of final invoice <br /> <br />Payment Terms <br />• Payments will be made upon receipt and approval of invoices corresponding to <br />each phase <br />• The City reserves the right to withhold payment if deliverables are incomplete or not <br />in accordance with this Scope of Work <br />• Total payments shall not exceed $30,000 without a written amendment <br />
