<br /> <br />Category 2: Sensitive information <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Confirmed emcee/host assignments for each event date <br />• Run-of-show script outline (key announcements, transitions, sponsor mentions) <br />created in partnership with the City <br />• Coordination with City on messaging priorities and sponsor recognition <br />• On-site delivery of live hosting services during event programming <br /> <br />Compensation <br />• Total Compensation: $30,000 (not-to-exceed) <br />• This amount is all-inclusive and covers: <br />o Entertainment consulting services <br />o Talent booking and artist fees <br />o Artist hospitality (if applicable) <br />o Stage management and coordination <br />o Emcee/host services <br />o All administrative, staffing, and coordination costs <br /> <br />Payment Schedule <br />Compensation shall be paid on a phased basis tied to completion of key deliverables, as <br />follows: <br />Total Not-to-Exceed Amount: $30,000 <br />Phase 1 – Concept Development (30%) <br />Amount: $7,500 <br />Trigger: <br />• Submission and City approval of: <br />o Entertainment Concept Summary <br />o Talent recommendations
