1 `lip <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> An ordinance directing the mayor and city clerk to deliver <br /> warrants in various amoants and drawn on various condemnation funds <br /> hereinafter designated, to the city treasurer, for the purpose of <br /> paying judgments against said funds, and providing for the transfer <br /> of the balance remaining in said various funds to the general fund <br /> of the city of Everett, and declaring an emergency. <br /> WHEREAS, there are now a number of unpaid judgments of <br /> record in the office of the clerk of tb Superior Court of Snohomish <br /> County against the city of Everett and against the various condemna- <br /> tion funds hereinafter mentioned, and <br /> WHEREAS, said judgments are drawing interest, and there <br /> are sufficient funds to pay said judgments, and <br /> WHEREAS , the city of Everett has advanced various sums <br /> of money for the benefit of the various condemnation funds and is <br /> entitled to be reimbursed for said advancements, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, TAU CITY OF .LVER TT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section I: That the balance remaining in the "Maple Street <br /> Condemnation Fund", as provided by Ordinance No. 732, amounting to <br /> $277.10, be , and the same is hereby authorized to be transferred to <br /> the General Fund of the city of Everett. <br /> Section 2: That the mayor and city clerk be and they are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to issue a warrant to the city <br /> treasurer on the"?wenty-third Street Condemnation Fund" , as provided <br /> 1Low,„, ,,„‘ b <br /> y Ordinance 7 o. 879, in the sum of $1.26 in payment of the outstand- <br /> ing judgments of record against said fund. That the balance remain' <br /> ing in said fund, amounting to $1046,97 be and the same is hereby N . <br /> authorized to be transferred to the General. Fund of the city of <br /> Everett. <br /> Section 3: That the balance remaining in the "Fulton Street <br /> Condemnation Fund" as provided by Ordinance No. 881, amounting to <br /> " $r , '830.75 , he and the same is hereby authorized to be transferred to <br />
