Section 4: That the balance remaining in the "State Street Condemnation Fund" as provided by Ordinance No. 882, amounting to $259.30, be and the same is hereby authorized to be transferred to the General Fund of the city of Everett. Section 5: That the balance remaining in the "Highland Street Condemnation Fund" , as provided by Ordinance No. 883,amount- ing to 298.69, be and the same is hereby authorized to be transferr- ed to the General Fund of the city of Everett. Section 6:. That the balance remaining in the "Chestnut Street Condemnation Fund" as provided by Ordinance No. 884, amounting to $512. 90, be and the same is hereby authorized to be transferred to the General Fund of the city of Everett. Section 7: That the mayor and city olerk -be and they are hereby authorized and directed to issue a warrant to the city treasurer on the "Hoyt Avenue Regrade Condemnation Fund" , as provided by Ordinance No. 1132 , in the sum of $69.40 in payment of the out- standing judgments of record against said fund. That the balance remaining in said fund, amounting to $806.74 be and the same is hereby authorized to be transferred to the General Fund of the city of Averett. Section 8: That the balance remaining in the "Colby Avenue Regrade Condemnation Fund" , as provided by Ordinance :To. 1133 ,amount- ing to $264. 62, be and the same is hereby authorized to be trans- ferred to the General Fund of the city of Everett. Section 9: That the balance remaining in the"Federal Street Condemnation Fund", as provided by Ordinance Io. 113L, amount- ing to p748.65 , be and th:e same is hereby authorized to be transferr- ed to the General Fund of the city of Everett.
