That the balance <br /> remaining in said fund, amounting to $630.40, be and the same is <br /> hereby authorized to be transferred to the General Fund of the city <br /> of Everett. <br /> Section 11: That the city treasurer of the city of <br /> Everett be directed to deposit with the clerk of the Superior <br /> Court of Snohomish County the amounts of the outstanding judgments <br /> against the above named condemnation funds , with interest to date, <br /> said judgments to be paid by said clerk when the same are duly sat- <br /> isfied of record. <br /> Section 12: That the said clerk and city treasurer be <br /> and they hereby are authorized and directed to make such entries and <br /> records as are necessary to affect the above transfers. <br /> Section 13: `1Hr:R.
