ROLL CAL I_ <br /> I <br /> ORDINANCE NO. / <br /> An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 286, for the <br /> iprovement of Norton Avenue extension from the north line of the <br /> Robinson ITanufacturing Company property north, to the city limits; <br /> also the Fourteenth Street Dock from Norton Avenue extension west <br /> for a distance of 1520 feet, by repairing present trestle, by re- <br /> piling, recapping, bracing, and by the complete construction of <br /> a new trestle, and other work in connection therewith, under <br /> Ordinance No. 1500, and levying an assessment on account thereof <br /> against the several lots , tracts and parcels of land as shown on <br /> said roll, and providing for the collection thereof. <br /> THui CITY OP EVJ RE'TT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: Teat the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 286 for the improvement of Norton <br /> Avenue extension from. the north line of the Robinson Manufacturing <br /> Company property north to the city limits; also the Fourteenth <br /> Street Dock from Norton Avenue extension west for a distance of <br /> 1520 feet, by repairing present trestle, by repiling, recapping, <br /> bracing, and by the complete construction of a new trestle, and <br /> other work in connection therewith, under Ordinance No. 1500 as the <br /> same now stands , be, and the same is hereby in all things approved <br /> and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels cf <br /> land named in .said roil is specially benefited by said improvement, <br /> and that there be and hereby is assessed against each of said lots, <br /> tracts and parcels of land. contained in said imp rovement district <br /> as shown in said roll, the respective amounts therein set against <br /> the same , between the termini of said improvement, abutting upon, <br /> adjacent or proximate to said streets, and said amounts are hereby <br /> declared to be a first lien against each of said lots, tracts and <br />
