Any person or persons, firm or corporation <br /> who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, <br /> upon conviction, for each offense, be fined in any sum not to ex- <br /> ceed ( $100.00 or be imprisoned for a period not exceeding thirty <br /> days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> Section 5.
