Port Gardner Storage Facility West Marine View Drive Storm and Combined Sewer - Exhibit A Scope of Work <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />related issues. <br />Task Assumptions <br />• PM meetings will be by MS Teams and will occur weekly with a duration of approximately 30 <br />minutes. <br />• Project Management for these phases will last 5 months <br />• Project Management for the Services During Construction Phase will be completed under <br />Phase 1010 <br />• There will be 5 monthly invoices <br />• There will be 20 bi-weekly meetings <br />Everett Responsibilities <br />• Coordinate attendance at regular PM meetings. <br />• Review monthly status reports and supporting project documentation for invoice and <br />payment approval. <br />Meetings <br />• Biweekly PM calls for the duration of Project. <br />Work Products <br />• Monthly progress reports and invoices. <br />• Submittal of updated project logs as needed to support key activities and decisions (risk <br />register, action/issue/decision logs). <br />• Project change requests (PCRs) as necessary. <br />• Brief meeting agendas and notes for bi-weekly calls. <br /> <br />Final Design <br />Phase 610 – Final Design <br />Objective: Complete final design inclusive of coordination with Port, PSE, Ecology during final design <br />and during bid period services. <br />Activities/Approach: <br />• 100% (bid ready) construction drawings <br />• Develop 100% (bid ready) construction specifications <br />• Develop 100% (bid ready) construction schedule <br />• Develop 100% and bid ready construction cost estimate <br />• Coordination with PSE and Ecology on discharge permits <br />• Coordination with Port on Grand Avenue Bridge Art Project <br />• Coordination and further development of the art project at Grand Avenue Bridge <br />Task Assumptions <br />• The design includes 2 construction packages (Package 1 and 2) <br />• Up to a maximum of $30,000 for additional design details and coordination on the Port art <br />project
