3.Communication and Customer Service <br />A.How do you ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed, and what channels will be used <br />for communication? <br />We provide a secure work drive link to a folder with all of our documents regarding the event to <br />all stakeholders necessary. This keeps everyone working with one source of truth. <br />Most communication will be via email or Zoom unless the city has a preferred method. <br />B.How do you handle changes or adjustments to the project, and what communication <br />protocols will be in place for such changes? <br />We are here to serve you. We will make whatever changes are necessary to ensure success of <br />your vision and commitments to your stakeholders. Email any needed changes to <br />garrett@audioengineersnw.com <br />Small changes can be accommodated in the current scope, large changes will have a change <br />order accompanying them. <br />C.Provide examples that demonstrate your ability to provide effective communication and <br />customer service. <br />The best example is just to call the below references and ask them why they keep coming back <br />to us for more than a decade now. <br />4.Risk, Performance, and Quality Assurance <br />A.Submit no more than five (5) completed relevant project experiences within the past <br />five years that demonstrate successful contract performance similar in size and scope <br />as described in this RFP, including any government experience.
