Page 9 of 20 <br />4. Lighting <br />a. Basic stage wash and safety lighting with a preference for a controllable Red Green Blue (RGB) <br />LED stage lighting package to wash the stage with light when loading and unloading. Then, a <br />lighting package to light the performers. <br />2.6 AUDIO-VISUAL TECHNICAL DELIVERY PLAN <br />Following contract award, and at least forty-five (45) calendar days before the first event, unless <br />otherwise approved in writing by the City, the successful supplier must submit a Final Technical Delivery <br />Plan for City approval. The city will review and respond to the Plan within seven (7) calendar days. The <br />final plans will include confirmed equipment, layouts, and power designs, and are subject to City review <br />and approval. <br />2.7 SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The successful supplier will be responsible for the following: <br />• Develop and deliver a technical solution for displaying World Cup matches. <br />• Provide all AV equipment and technical labor <br />• Provide video, audio, lighting, staging, and power. <br />• Provide on-site technical management of lights, audio, and operations. <br />• Strike and remove all equipment following the final event. <br />2.8 CITY OF EVERETT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City of Everett will be responsible for the following: <br />• Overall event management. <br />• Site access coordination. <br />• Security staffing. <br />• Event schedule and run of show. <br />• Stage management. <br />• Provide lockable portable storage units for supplier equipment if needed. Storage requirements must <br />be included in the technical delivery plan. <br />2.9 PORT OF EVERETT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The Port of Everett will be responsible for the following: <br />• Site access approval. <br />• Coordination related to Port property operations. <br />• Security staffing. <br />2.10 PAYMENT <br />Within thirty (30) days after delivery, acceptance of the ordered items, and a properly prepared invoice, <br />but not more often than once per month, the City of Everett will pay the supplier at the rate(s) stated on <br />the price sheet. <br />No down payment or advance payment of any kind will be made. Washington State law requires proof <br />that the materials have been furnished, the services rendered, or the labor performed as described before
