City of Everett 01 32 16 - 5 <br />PGSF WMVD Storm and Combined Sewer - Construction Package 2 WO# UP-3815-02 <br />01 32 16 - 5 CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS SCHEDULES AND REPORTS <br />8. Dates imposed on the schedule are not binding on the City and the Project <br />Representative unless specified in the Contract. <br />9. Failure to include any element of work required for the performance of the Contract <br />does not excuse the Contractor from completing the work as described in the <br />Contract. <br />10. Requests from the City’s Construction Manager: <br />a. When requested by the City’s Construction Manager, submit a written <br />narrative of the Contractor's determination of durations for critical and near <br />critical activities. Include in such explanation the number of crews, crew <br />composition, number of shifts per day, number of hours in a shift, the number <br />of workdays per week, production curves for major commodities (e.g., below <br />grade pipe, concrete, piping, wire, and cable), construction equipment and <br />supplier and delivery requirements. <br />11. Monthly Schedule updates shall include: <br />a. Activity dates and earned value: <br />1) Last Month Percent Complete. <br />2) Current Percent Complete. <br />3) Duration, in workdays. <br />4) Actual Start. <br />5) Expected Finish. <br />6) Actual Finish. <br />b. Add or revise duration of activities and new activities to so that the Monthly <br />Schedule Update(s) are consistent with executed change orders. <br />1.6 DRAFT PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />A. Prepared by Contractor and submitted within 45 days of NTP. Schedule submittal to <br />include the electronic information on the data files of the software so the necessary <br />reports can be printed out for assistance in reviewing the submitted data. <br />B. The Draft Project Schedule is the complete Contractor’s plan to perform the Contract in <br />accordance with milestones and constraints and within the Contract Time as defined in <br />the Contract Documents. Draft schedule shall include all tasks defined in paragraph 1.05 <br />of this Section. <br />C. The Draft Project Schedule shall include a printout of the cash flow forecast presented in <br />the schedule. <br />1.7 BASELINE SCHEDULE <br />A. Work to be scheduled for completion within the amount of Contract Time specified. No <br />claim for delay shall be allowed based on an early completion schedule. <br />B. Shows Contractor’s complete plan for the work in the Contract. Baseline schedule shall <br />include all the requirements of paragraph 1.05 of this Section. Include all data files in the <br />software so that necessary reports can be accessed.
