Failure to comply with this requirement may render the <br />Bid non-responsive and may cause its rejection. <br /> <br />This Addendum No. 2 consists of 4 revised specification section(s), 4 revised plan <br />sheets and responses to 3 questions received from prospective bidders. This <br />Addendum No. 2 includes all revisions, attachments, and details. <br /> <br />The Bid date for receipt of Bids is changed to February 24, 2026 by <br />this Addendum. <br /> <br />SPECIFICATIONS, PLANS, AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />Item 1 - VOLUME 4 ATTACHMENTS: <br />Add Attachment Q “Port of Everett License Agreement.” <br />Item 2 - VOLUME 4 ATTACHMENTS: <br /> Replace Attachment O “PSE Relocation 60%” with updated version. <br />Item 3 - SECTION 00 11 13 ADVERTISMENT FOR BIDS: <br />Change date for receipt of bids to Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
