<br /> Addendum 2 Page 4 <br />CITY OF EVERETT 3200 Cedar Street Everett, WA 98201 (425) 257-8800 Fax (425) 257-8882 <br /> <br />Delete the following from Paragraph 2.08.B.4: <br />“The Department of Ecology and the Port of Everett has specified site <br />specific import chemical criteria that Contractor provided import material is <br />required to meet, which is provided in the table below.” <br /> <br />Item 11 - SHEET C-2063 and C-2064: <br />Add additional area of PSE gas relocation. <br />Item 12 - SHEET CD-2602: <br />Replace whole sheet CD-2602 <br />Item 13 - SHEET CD-4003: <br /> Replace Note 4 in COE Detail 326 MOD with the following: <br />“In improved or paved areas where the trench is backfilled with uniformly <br />graded sand backfill, provide a separation geotextile between the sand <br />backfill and overlying base course, Mirafi N170 or equal.” <br /> <br />ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS SUBMITTED FOR CLARIFICATION <br /> <br />Q1 – Can you confirm there are no domestic requirements on this project? <br /> <br />Correct. The project is not funded by any federal assistance programs therefore it <br />is not required to adhere to domestic requirements mandated by the Build <br />America, Buy America Act. <br />Q2 - Please clarify all waterline, sanitary sewer, and/or storm drainage materials that <br />will be provided by the City of Everett (e.g., fittings, isolation / gate valves, tapping <br />sleeves, transition couplings, etc.). <br />The City will furnish tapping sleeves, gate valves, flange kits, up to 10' of piping, <br />and a RFCA or sleeve coupling for each connection to existing water pipes. <br />These materials will be supplied and installed by the City at no cost to the <br />contractor. All connections to existing storm, sewer, non-potable water piping <br />are the responsibility of the contractor. <br />Q3 – Please provide bid documents in searchable form. <br />The searchable PDF files of the Project plans and specifications may be accessed <br />using the following link, which will expire on 2/27/26 at 2:00pm.
