Owner will provide other office supplies.” Item 10 - SECTION 32 10 00 SURFACE RESTORATION: Delete Paragraph 1.01.B and C and replace with the following: B. “Restoration shall include surfaces, all improvements, and maintaining or detouring traffic including, but not limited to, utility covers and boxes, monuments, markers and striping, signage, permanent pavement and surfacing and base and subgrade aggregate, driveways, traffic control devices (e.g. loop detectors) and all ancillary components removed or disturbed. Restoration of sidewalks; curbs; gutters; valley gutters shall be incidental to the Work requiring removal and replacement. Surface restoration shall meet the requirements of the government agency having jurisdiction (AHJ) of the right-of-way. 3. This Work shall consist of the reconstruction and patching of trenches and other excavations in paved streets and other paved areas in accordance with COE Division 05. 4. Improvements shall be reconstructed to equal or better, in all respects, than the existing improvements removed. 5. In the case of conflict between the listed Agency’s requirements and as required herein, the requirements affording the greatest protection to the Public and/or Owner shall apply, as determined by the Owner’s Representative.” Delete Paragraph 1.02.C Measurement and Payment and replace with the following: 1. Measurement and payment guidelines for above referenced sections and subsections shall not be incorporated into the Contract Documents. 2. Compensation for permanent pavement replacement and all required Work appurtenant thereto shall be included in the applicable Bid Item. 3. Compensation for demolition and replacement of improvements including but not limited to sidewalk, curb, gutter, collars and setting utilities as required to complete the Work shall be considered incidental and included in the applicable Linear Foot Price for related pipe construction, rehabilitation or replacement.
