<br /> Addendum 2 Page 3 <br />CITY OF EVERETT 3200 Cedar Street Everett, WA 98201 (425) 257-8800 Fax (425) 257-8882 <br /> <br />maintenance, service, and supplies throughout the project that includes <br />printing & copying per page costs, toner, and 8 -1/2 x 11, 8-1/2 x 14, and 11 x <br />17 paper.” <br /> Replace Paragraph 1.2.K.2.f with the following: <br />“Miscellaneous office supplies. 4ea – 36”x48” dry-erase boards including dry- <br />erase markers - chisel point, 8 colors and erasers for each board. Owner will <br />provide other office supplies.” <br />Item 10 - SECTION 32 10 00 SURFACE RESTORATION: <br />Delete Paragraph 1.01.B and C and replace with the following: <br />B. “Restoration shall include surfaces, all improvements, and maintaining or <br />detouring traffic including, but not limited to, utility covers and boxes, <br />monuments, markers and striping, signage, permanent pavement and <br />surfacing and base and subgrade aggregate, driveways, traffic control <br />devices (e.g. loop detectors) and all ancillary components removed or <br />disturbed. Restoration of sidewalks; curbs; gutters; valley gutters shall be <br />incidental to the Work requiring removal and replacement. Surface restoration <br />shall meet the requirements of the government agency having jurisdiction <br />(AHJ) of the right-of-way. <br />3. This Work shall consist of the reconstruction and patching of trenches and <br />other excavations in paved streets and other paved areas in accordance <br />with COE Division 05. <br />4. Improvements shall be reconstructed to equal or better, in all respects, <br />than the existing improvements removed. <br />5. In the case of conflict between the listed Agency’s requirements and as <br />required herein, the requirements affording the greatest protection to the <br />Public and/or Owner shall apply, as determined by the Owner’s <br />Representative.” <br />Delete Paragraph 1.02.C Measurement and Payment and replace with the <br />following: <br />1. Measurement and payment guidelines for above referenced sections <br />and subsections shall not be incorporated into the Contract <br />Documents. <br />2. Compensation for permanent pavement replacement and all required <br />Work appurtenant thereto shall be included in the applicable Bid Item. <br />3. Compensation for demolition and replacement of improvements <br />including but not limited to sidewalk, curb, gutter, collars and setting <br />utilities as required to complete the Work shall be considered incidental <br />and included in the applicable Linear Foot Price for related pipe <br />construction, rehabilitation or replacement. <br />
