<br />PGSF WMVD Storm and Combined Sewer - Construction Package 2 Erosion and Sedimentation Control <br />Project No. 180162 31 25 00 - 4 <br /> <br />8) Owner or Engineer may identify additional temporary control measures if it <br />appears pollution or erosion may result from weather, nature of materials, or <br />progress on the work. <br />D. TESC File <br />1) Preparing and maintaining an TESC file on site that includes, but is not <br />limited to: <br />a) Updates and revisions to the SWPPP and the SWPPS Plan. <br />b) ESC Plans. <br />c) Site Development Permit. <br />d) CSWGP and discharge authorization. <br />e) ESC inspection reports, including water quality monitoring results. <br />f) Up-to-date drawings showing the locations of the TESC measures <br />installed, and indicating when each TESC measure was installed and <br />removed (as applicable). <br />g) Noncompliance event notifications. <br />h) Related submittals and approvals. <br />E. Stormwater Pollution Prevention and Spill Plan <br />1. The Contractor shall prepare a Stormwater Pollution Prevention and Spill Plan <br />(SWPPS Plan) meeting the requirements of the SMMWW. <br />2. At a minimum, SWPPS Plan requirements are: <br />a. A site plan showing the location and description of BMPs required to prevent <br />pollution and control spills from construction activities and from chemicals and <br />other materials used and stored by the Contractor on the construction site. <br />Implement the following BMPs when applicable: <br />1) Written spill prevention and response procedures <br />2) Employee training on spill prevention and proper disposal procedures <br />3) Spill kits in all vehicles <br />4) Regular maintenance schedule for vehicles and machinery <br />5) Material delivery and storage controls <br />6) Training and signage <br />7) Covered storage areas for waste and supplies <br />b. A Pollution Prevention Report listing the potential sources of pollution and <br />identifying the operational, source control, and treatment BMPs necessary to <br />prevent and/or mitigate pollution from these sources. <br />c. A Spill Prevention and Cleanup Report describing the procedures and BMPs for <br />spill prevention and including provisions for cleanup of spills should they occur. <br />d. Refer to the SMMWW for specific requirements for the Pollution Prevention <br />Report and the Spill Prevention and Cleanup Report. <br />F. If Owner or Engineer orders the work suspended, continue to control erosion, pollution, <br />and runoff during the shutdown. <br />G. Nothing in this section shall relieve Contractor from complying with other contract <br />requirements.
