<br />i. Locations and construction details of all ditches, berms, culvert pipes, pump
<br />stations, enhanced treatment measures, sediment basins, filters, and basin
<br />outfalls.
<br />j. Location and design of all construction entrance(s) and wheel wash(es).
<br />k. Installation, inspection, maintenance, and removal schedule for temporary
<br />erosion control facilities.
<br />l. Rerouting of existing surface and underground drainage pathways and facilities
<br />within the site.
<br />m. Location and design of traps, basins, and filters to collect transported sediment
<br />before entering the existing drainage systems and disposal areas.
<br />n. Location of outlets from subsurface drainage systems.
<br />o. Methods of monitoring water quality and quantity.
<br />p. Schedule for street sweeping of paved site areas/roads impacted by sediment or
<br />dust.
<br />q. Schedule, sequence, layout, and methods for transitioning between temporary
<br />and permanent erosion control and drainage facilities, and the
<br />removal/abandonment of existing drainage systems.
<br />r. Methods to be used for erosion control in excavations, embankments, and for
<br />boundary control
<br />7. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
<br />a. The Contractor shall complete and update the draft SWPPP to include, at a
<br />minimum, designation of CESCL, detailed construction schedule, TESC details for
<br />temporary facilities and access roads, TESC Plan, Stormwater Bypass Plan, and
<br />additional best management practices (BMPs) as required by TESC Plan.
<br />b. The Contractor shall submit additional SWPPP updates, prepared by CESCL, as
<br />required for changing conditions, construction sequencing, or additional or
<br />modification of BMPs.
<br />8. Inspections and Reporting
<br />a. Inspect BMPs in accordance with the schedule in the SWPPP.
<br />b. The inspection reports shall follow the Construction Stormwater Site Inspection
<br />Form provided in the SWPPP and include, but not be limited to:
<br />1) Date and time of the inspection.
<br />2) Name, title and signature of the person conducting the site inspection, a
<br />phone number or other reliable method to reach this person, and the
<br />following statement: “I certify that this report is true, accurate, and complete
<br />to the best of my knowledge and belief.”
<br />3) Weather information including, the general conditions during inspection and
<br />the approximate amount of precipitation since the last inspection, and
<br />precipitation within the last 24 hours.
<br />4) When, where, and how TESC measures were installed, maintained, modified,
<br />and removed.
<br />5) Repairs needed, repairs made, and date when repairs were made.
<br />6) Observations of TESC measures effectiveness and proper placement.
<br />a) Quantitative measurement shall be provided, in part, by weekly
<br />measurements of turbidity, transparency, and pH at discharge points.
<br />7) Recommendations for improving performance of TESC measures
