ORDINANCE An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of "Local Improvement District No. 277" for the Improvement of .cast Grand Avenue from Twenty-fourth Street to Twenty-first Street, and of Twenty-second Street from Last Grand Avenue to Summit Avenue, and of Twenty-third Street from Last Grand Avenue to Summit Avenue, by grading, clearing and grubbing, con- struction of concrete sidewalks , concrete curbs with armoured concrete returns , wooden gutters, and doing such other work as was necessary in connection therewith, under Ordinance No. 1458, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds , and providing for the sale of said bonds. THE CITY OF EVERt TT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of "Local Improvement District No. 277" for the improvement of Last Grand Avenue from Twenty-fourth Street to Twenty-first Street, and of Twenty-second Street from East Grand Avenue to Summit Avenue, and of Twenty-third Street from Last Grand Avenue to Summit Avenue, by grading, clearing and grubbing, construction of concrete sidewalks, concrete curbs with armoured concrete returns, wooden gutters, and doing such other work as was necessary in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1458 as the same now stands , be, and the same is in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied and assessed against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said roll the amount finally charged against the same.
