Section 3: That the \c\-Lday of 1913, is <br /> hereby fixed as the date of issuance of the bons required to be <br /> issued on account of said improvement. <br /> Section 4: Said bonds shall be sold by the city council <br /> and the city clerk shall publish a notice three times in the <br /> official newspaper calling for sealed bids for said bonds. The first <br /> publication of said notice shall be at least a week before the date <br /> fixed for the sale of said bonds. The city council shall sell said <br /> bonds to the highest bidder, provided that said bonds shall not be <br /> sold for less than par, with accrued interest, and provided,further, <br /> that if no sufficient bid is received for said bonds the council <br /> may sell said bonds to any person who may desire to purchase the <br /> same, 'out said bonds shall not be sold at less than par with <br /> accrued interest. <br /> Mayor. <br /> Passed JUN 2 5 1913 <br /> Attest <br /> Published 2 6 1913 <br />
