2026 Pavement Maintenance Overlay Special Provisions <br />PW# 3860 SP - 15 March 5, 2026 <br />1 class operating condition. Equipment, electrical controls, meters, or other devices and <br />2 equipment to be tested during this period shall be tested under the observation of the <br />3 Engineer, so that the Engineer may determine their suitability for the purpose for which <br />4 they were installed. Approval of such material use shall be as detailed elsewhere in the <br />45 Standard Specifications. <br />46 <br />47 Prior to Physical Completion the Contractor shall report the quantity of recycled materials <br />48 that were utilized in the construction of the project for each of the items listed in Section 9- <br />49 03.21. The report shall include hot mix asphalt, recycled concrete aggregate, recycled <br />50 glass, steel furnace slag and other recycled materials (e.g. utilization of on-site material <br />51 and aggregates from concrete returned to the supplier). The Contractors report shall be <br />52 provided on DOT form 350-075 Recycled Materials Reporting.
