To review the initial progress schedule; <br />23 2. To establish a working understanding among the various parties associated or <br />24 affected by the work; <br />25 3. To establish and review procedures for progress payment, notifications, approvals, <br />26 submittals, etc.; <br />27 4. To review Training or Apprenticeship Plans, when applicable. <br />28 5. To discuss FSBE Goals when applicable. <br />29 6. To establish normal working hours for the work; <br />30 7. To review safety standards and traffic control; and <br />31 8. To discuss such other related items as may be pertinent to the work. <br />32 <br />33 The Contractor shall prepare and submit at the preconstruction conference the following: <br />34 1. A breakdown of all lump sum items; <br />35 2. A preliminary schedule of working drawing submittals; and <br />36 3.
