One lane shall remain open in the eastbound direction between 31 <br />6:00pm and 5:00am. Casting adjustments shall not be permitted between 10:00pm to 32 <br />8:00am and 2:00pm to 5:00pm. 33 <br /> 34 <br />A noise variance for night work has been obtained on behalf of the Contractor. All 35 <br />mitigation measures stated in the Contract and Appendix shall be adhered to. 36 <br /> 37 <br />41st St – E Mukilteo Blvd to Rucker Ave 38 <br />No lane closures for any type of work, except for castings, will be permitted between 39 <br />5:00am and 6:00pm. One lane shall remain open in the eastbound direction between 40 <br />6:00pm and 5:00am. Casting adjustments shall not be permitted between 10:00pm to 41 <br />8:00am and 2:00pm to 5:00pm. 42 <br /> 43 <br />A noise variance for night work has been obtained on behalf of the Contractor. All 44 <br />mitigation measures stated in the Contract and Appendix shall be adhered to. 45 <br /> 46 <br />19th St – Broadway to Walnut St & Walnut St to Summit Ave 47 <br />No lane closures or single lane alternating flagging operation will be permitted between 48 <br />10:00pm and 7:00am. The contractor has been granted a 1 hour early start from 49 <br />6:00am to 7:00am for traffic control setup only.
