2026 Pavement Maintenance Overlay Special Provisions <br />PW# 3860 SP - 47 March 5, 2026 <br />1 *** <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 The Contractor must obtain prior approval for use of off-duty UPOs through an approved <br />5 traffic control plan and approved amendments to the Contract traffic control plans.
