Attachment E <br />TIMELINE <br />FY 2025 Emergency Management Performance Grant <br />The purpose of this attachment is to identify applicable and agreed upon due dates for Grant Agreement <br />milestones to include deliverables that must be submitted to the Department. Both the Department and the <br />Subrecipient shall monitor adherence with the dates below. <br />DATE <br />TASK <br />June 1, 2025 <br />Grant Agreement Start Date <br />July 31, 2026 <br />Submit reimbursement request <br />September 30, 2026 <br />Grant Agreement End Date — all work must be complete <br />November 15, 2026 <br />Submit final reimbursement request, final report, training <br />requirement report, and/or other deliverables. <br />The Subrecipient must request prior written approval from Department Key Personnel to waive <br />or extend a due date in the above Timeline. <br />For waived or extended reimbursement due dates, all allowable costs should be submitted on the <br />next scheduled reimbursement due date contained in the above Timeline. <br />DHS-FEMA-EMPG-FY25 <br />Page 48 of 50 City of Everett, E26-223 <br />
