Stormwater design is anticipated to include: <br />·Finalization of stormwater design criteria and assumptions based on the completed site <br />layout and bridge design. <br />·Completion of final stormwater calculations, including treatment and flow control facility <br />sizing, consistent with City of Everett requirements. <br />·Refinement and finalization of stormwater plan sheets, details, and notes for inclusion in <br />the PS&E package. <br />·Preparation of a Final Hydraulic Report documenting stormwater design criteria, <br />methodologies, calculations, and compliance with applicable City requirements. <br />Cost, Schedule, and Coordination <br />As part of the ~90% design effort, Kimley-Horn will: <br />·Prepare an updated construction cost estimate based on the ~90% design and refined <br />quantities. <br />·Support final coordination with the City, College, utility owners, and applicable agencies <br />to resolve outstanding comments and prepare for PS&E. <br />·Confirm construction assumptions and sequencing in preparation for advertisement. <br />Draft Final Contract Documents <br />Kimley-Horn will prepare a draft final project specifications package and coordinated contract <br />documents suitable for final agency review. Specifications are assumed to follow WSDOT, <br />APWA, and City of Everett Standard Specifications, with project-specific special provisions <br />developed to reflect the final design. <br />Assumptions: <br />l Agency review comments received at the ~90% stage will be addressed as part of <br />PS&E. Additional agency review cycles beyond Final design are not anticipated. <br />l The City will provide the contractual bid package material. <br />l Traffic analysis under this task is limited to evaluation of construction-related traffic <br />impacts and does not include permanent post-construction traffic analysis. <br />Deliverables: <br />l Final (~90%) Plan Set – Electronic (PDF) <br />l Final Construction Cost Estimate – Electronic (PDF) <br />l Final Construction Schedule and Phasing Narrative – Electronic (PDF) <br />l Draft Project Specification Package – Electronic (PDF) <br />l Draft Contractual Big Package – Electronic (PDF) <br />l Final Hydraulic Report – Electronic (PDF) <br />l Updated Risk Register – Electronic (PDF) <br />l Response to Intermediate comments – Electronic (PDF and Excel)
