<br />Everett Outdoor Multipurpose Stadium <br />Professional Services Proposal <br />Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br />SCHEDULE A <br /> <br />Professional Engineering & Landscape Architecture Services <br />Everett Outdoor Multipurpose Stadium <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />1.1 PHASE I – SCHEMATIC DESIGN <br /> <br />A. Generally, from the current concept, arrive at an approved Schematic Design, Coordinate Cost <br />Estimating, and identify any issues affecting Permitting Strategy. <br />B. Design Verification <br />Verify the existing preliminary plan as follows; <br />1. Receive and review the Site Topographic Survey and Geotechnical Report prepared by others. <br />2. Perform Site Analysis including topographic, utilities, and circulation to identify options for field <br />grading and drainage. <br />3. Verify Program Elements including field of play / markings, warm up areas, etc. <br />C. Preliminary Specification and Cost Estimating <br />1. Provide a detailed narrative establishing quality standards associated with the construction. <br />2. Coordinate minimum construction standards; Identify typical details and materials specifications <br />to be utilized in support of the Contractors cost estimating effort. <br />3. Develop and Facilitate a synthetic turf specification / product / brand selection process as <br />needed. <br /> <br />1.2 PHASE II –DESIGN DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />A. Generally, advance the design effort through final approval of all proposed systems and materials, <br />continue technical review and value engineering processes, and coordinate further refinement of cost <br />proposals (100% Design Development). <br />B. Coordinate with other consultant team members regarding site layout, utilities, grading, and <br />drainage. <br />C. Preliminary design and drawing preparation including layout, grading, drainage, water systems for <br />field conditioning and washwater, edge transitions, imported field base materials, synthetic turf field <br />surfacing systems, and other site amenities as applicable. <br />D. Coordinate value engineering and technical review by the GC and Design Lead <br />E. Review and comment on Contractor GMP. <br />F. Consultation as requested. <br /> <br />1.3 PHASE III – FINAL DESIGN PHASE / CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />A. Generally, conclude all design production (100% Construction Documents). <br />B. Final documentation of all included systems and components. <br />C. Final working drawings and construction details including layout, grading, drainage, water systems for <br />field conditioning and washwater, edge transitions, imported field base materials, synthetic turf field <br />surfacing systems, and other field equipment as applicable. <br />D. Construction technical specifications complete. <br />E. Coordinate final value engineering and technical review by the GC and Design Lead. <br />F. Implement any revisions required as a condition of local permitting. <br />G. Review the Contractors final cost proposal and provide comment and recommendation. <br /> <br />1.4 PHASE IV –CONSTRUCTION PHASE <br /> <br />A.
