We offer a lump‐sum fee for all basic scope work as follows:  <br />Task 1 Schematic Design (15%)  18,750  <br />Task 2 Design Development (20%)  25,000  <br />Task 3 Construction Documents (35%)  43,750  <br />Tasks 4 & 5 Construction Administration, Closeout (30%)  37,500  <br />Sub Total (about 3.65% of anticipated Construction value) $ 125,000  <br />  <br />B. All Contractor construction negotiations and change order processing within original scope of project  <br />is included in this amount.  <br />  <br />C. Compensation for additional services that may be requested by the Owner, including expert witness  <br />in the event of any litigation, shall be as follows (2025 Hourly Billing Rates):  <br />    <br />Principal Engineer $255.00  <br />Principal Landscape Architect $255.00  <br />Project Engineer $205.00  <br />Project Landscape Architect $205.00  <br />Construction Manager/Project Manager $155.00  <br />Engineering Technician II $145.00  <br />Technical Staff/Cad Drafting $145.00  <br />Landscape Designer $130.00  <br />Engineering Technician I $120.00  <br />Administrative $85.00  <br />  <br />D.
