The energy modeling should all be complete by CA so no dollars there. <br /> <br />I will need to be pretty light-handed in CA for LEED Admin since we already reduced those fees and are <br />below standard rates- We will have a LEED Kickoff but I will essentially hand over the LEED work to the <br />GC once construction begins.
