We are excited to have the opportunity to <br />continue our working relationship with DLR on this project. The following proposal is based on the <br />information provided and our recent communication. <br />PROJECT UNDERSTANDING <br />The project delivery method has changed to a design-build approach. With SD complete, the <br />following is based on a base building scope with a variety of alternates. <br />· Phase 1B (DD-CD) <br />o Start: January 1, 2026 <br />o 50% DD: February 2026 <br />o 100% DD: March 2026 <br />o 50% CD: April 2026 <br />o 100% CD: May 2026 <br />· Phase 2 (CA) <br />o Construction: June 2026 – July 2027 <br />SCOPE OF EFFORTS <br />Our services will be limited to producing design-build performance specifications or narratives, basic <br />architectural and infrastructure drawings needed to detail design intent, reviewing and commenting <br />on design-build partner proposals submitted for consideration, and punch/site observation at the <br />completion of construction to verify that the system(s) substantially comply with the scope of the <br />accepted design/build proposals. WJHW will also: <br />· Coordinate our services with those of the design team, Owner and other design/development <br />consultants involved in the project. <br />· Work in a coordinated and cooperative fashion with the design team and Owner to achieve <br />the performance, appearance, and flexibility necessary for the project. <br />· Coordinate electrical, weight and cooling requirements for our systems with the MEP and <br />structural design consultants. <br />Progressive Design-Build Contract for Everett Outdoor Event Center <br />Exhibit to Amendment No. 1 - Phase 1B Work and Fee Proposal
