JMI proposes to provide <br />your firm with preconstruction services as described below: <br />Inclusions: <br />1) Phase 1B: Construction Design <br />a) 100% Design Development (DD) for HVAC & Plumbing <br />b) 100% Construction Documents (CD) for HVAC & Plumbing <br />c) Construction Administration <br />d) Project Closeout of Design Documents <br />Scope of Work for Pre-construction Services: <br />1) Phase 1B Scope of Work <br />a) Design Development (DD) of HVAC and Plumbing Systems <br />i) Attend weekly coordination meetings with the stakeholders <br />ii) Attend weekly meetings with the internal Design-Build team <br />iii) Coordinate all systems with all other disciplines to provide a coordinated set of drawings <br />b) Construction Documents (CD) <br />i) Finalize design drawings to be ready to submit for permit. Drawings to be developed to LOD 300 <br />ii) Finish coordination between all disciplines <br />iii) Update design with any VE items that may come up after GMP <br />iv) Finish control diagrams and SOOs for all HVAC systems <br />v) Finish domestic cold water and hot water diagram <br />vi) Finish waste and vent diagrams <br />vii) Add details, sections and enlarged plans as needed <br />viii) Finalize equipment schedules <br />c) Construction Administration <br />i) Answer RFIs <br />ii) Review submittals <br />iii) Perform five site visits during construction <br />Schedule: <br />Phase 1B: <br />Construction Documents (CD) Design are anticipated to begin approximately 2-3 weeks <br />Duration of of CD Design is approximately 4-5 months <br />Clarifications: <br /> We are requesting clarification on the Food Service Equipment scope for the project. Defining the scope of Kitchen Exhaust <br /> Hoods, Dishwashers, Grease Waste Systems, Gas requirements, Sinks, Beer & Soda Lines, Glasswashers, Boosted Hot Water, <br /> etc. will be critical to help us in the design efforts. <br />Exclusions: <br /> Engineering - Civil, Electrical, Structural, Architectural, Fire Protection <br /> Demolition - Mechanical and Systems of, Building and or Property. <br /> Earthworks - Materials, Excavation, Trenching, Backfill and Cover Compaction, Materials Testing and Reporting of any kind. <br /> Electrical - Conduit, Panels/Breakers, Power Wiring, Motor Starters or Disconnects, Wireless or Remote <br />1 of 2 <br />Progressive Design-Build Contract for Everett Outdoor Event Center <br />Exhibit to Amendment No. 1 - Phase 1B Work and Fee Proposal
