Säzän Group assumes no knowledge or liability in connection with <br />the presence, handling, or removal of asbestos, pollutants, mold, mildew or other hazardous materials <br />or waste. The Client shall retain an expert consultant to deal with those conditions and exposures <br />should they arise.
