Work with the utility to obtain potential energy rebates and/or subsidies for energy <br />conservation will be provided by others. <br />25. Design of temporary power for construction is excluded from this proposal. <br />FEE <br />Our compensation for providing the Scope of Work and Construction Administration Services for <br />the electrical design of this project will be a lump sum of One Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand <br />Dollars ($169,000). This fee will be billed monthly based on a percentage of the project <br />completed. The following is a breakdown of our fee: <br />Design Development: $105,000 <br />Construction Documents: $64,400 <br />Total $169,400 <br />LABOR RATE SCHEDULE: See attached. <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br />Reimbursable expenses as defined in Coffman’s General Terms and Conditions will be billed at <br />actual cost-plus ten percent.
