NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: Section 6.010 of Ordinance No. 1671-89 as amended by Section 37 of <br /> Ordinance No. 2397-99, (foot note 24 of Table 6.1 of Chp. 19.6 EMC), as amended, <br /> which reads as follows: <br /> Development Standards Table. Minimum Required Setback, footnote (24), <br /> 50 feet when abutting lots located in residential zones. <br /> Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Development Standards Table. Minimum Required Setback, footnote (24), <br /> 25 feet when abutting lots located in residential zones. <br /> Section 2: Section 5.010 of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended by Section 36 of <br /> Ordinance No. 2397-99, (foot note 11 of Table 5.2 of Chp. 19.5 EMC), as amended, <br /> which reads as follows: <br /> BUSINESS/COMMERCIAL, Retail, indoor, footnote (11), Permitted only as an <br /> accessory use for those products produced on premises. <br /> Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> BUSINESS/COMMERCIAL, Retail, indoor, footnote (11), Permitted as an accessory <br /> use for those products produced on premises, up to but no more than 20% of goods sold <br /> may be produced off-site and by other producers. <br /> Section 3: That should any section, subsection,paragraph, sentence clause or phrase set <br /> forth in this ordinance or its application to any person or situation be declared <br /> unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br /> remaining portions of this ordinance or its application to any other person or situation. <br /> The City Council of the City of Everett hereby declares that it would have adopted this <br /> ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof <br /> irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, <br /> phrases or portions be declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br />
