April 29, 2026 3 To adopt Resolution No. 8297 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,501,726.59 for the period of April 11, 2026, through April 27, 2026. RESOLUTION – ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CLAIMS To adopt Resolution No. 8298 authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $8,714,090.01 for the period of February 1, 2026, through February 28, 2026. CONSTRUCTION AWARD – 2026 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE OVERLAY PROJECT To award the construction contract for the 2026 Pavement Maintenance Overlay project to Lakeside Industries, Inc., of Monroe, WA in the amount of $2,953,771. AGREEMENT – WPCF TFI BAR SCREEN REPAIR PROJECT To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with BHC Consultants, LLC., to provide engineering consultant services for the WPCF TFI Bar Screen Repair Project, for a total amount not to exceed $93,983. AGREEMENT AMENDED – FOREST PARK PICKLEBALL COURT INSTALLATION PROJECT To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the PSA with MacLeod Reckford, PLLC., to provide construction support services for the Forest Park Pickleball Court Installation Project. RESOLUTION – 2018 FORD E-450 STARSTRANS SENATOR II SURPLUS To adopt Resolution No. 8299 declaring a 2018 Ford E-450 StarsTrans Senator Plus II surplus and authorizing disposition. AGREEMENT – HISTORIC FIRE STATION NO. 4 USAGE To authorize the Mayor to execute the License Agreement with Everett Firefighters Association to use historic Fire Station No. 4. GRANT ACCEPTANCE – FUND FOR THE ANIMALS To authorize the Mayor to sign the grant from the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, in the amount of $53,903 into the Fund for the Animals.
