April 29, 2026 <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />The Deputy City Clerk was directed to call roll for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> <br />AYES: Zarlingo, Burbano, Weir, Rhyne, Bader, Schwab <br /> NAYES: Tuohy <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> <br /> Ordinance 4177-26 adopted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2604-22 <br /> <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE authorizing and providing for acquisition, including through the exercise <br />of eminent domain, of land and real property rights for Parcel 26 for the purpose of <br />constructing the Everett Outdoor Event Center Project; and authorizing the Mayor to <br />enter into agreements related to acquisition of Parcel 26; and amending Ordinance No. <br />4100-25 <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Burbano, that this is <br />declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill 2604-22. <br /> <br />The following members of the public spoke: Zach McCaln and Charles Burgess. <br /> <br /> <br />The Deputy City Clerk was directed to call roll for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> <br />AYES: Zarlingo, Burbano, Weir, Rhyne, Bader, Schwab <br /> NAYES: Tuohy <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> <br /> Ordinance 4178-26 adopted. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – DESIGN-BUILD FOR EVERETT OUTDOOR EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Weir, to authorize the <br />Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Design-Build Contract with Bayley Construction, LP., in <br />substantially the form provided. <br /> <br />
