Page 15 of 22 <br />3.5 INTERVIEWS <br />The city may request interviews with the highest-ranked supplier(s). The purpose of the interview, if held, <br />will be to further review the finalist(s) in specific areas to determine which proposal provides the best fit <br />and value to the city. Finalist(s) must have key employees available for these interviews. If interviews are <br />held, they will be on April 20, 2026, from 9:00 A.M. to 11:45 P.M. The City of Everett will notify the <br />finalist(s) as to the time, date, and location for an interview or conference call. <br /> <br />
