May 6, 2026 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION: <br /> <br />Council recessed to Executive Session at 7:19 p.m. The Executive Session began at 7:19 p.m. and <br />ended at 7:29 p.m. The Council meeting reconvened at 7:29 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />SETTLEMENT – VEHICULAR ACCIDENT ARBITRATION <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor <br />to sign a settlement agreement regarding vehicular arbitration with Christopher Rays Gayles in <br />the amount of $16,616.50. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Weir who was <br />excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />The City Council meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Read and approved. <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br /> Council Vice President
