May 6, 2026 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />BRIEFING: <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2604-24 <br /> <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE amending Chapter 2.74 of the Everett Municipal Code, which pertains to <br />appointive employee compensation and fringe benefits <br /> Presented by Kandy Bartlett, Administration <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION ITEM: <br /> <br />Vice President Rhyne opened the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2604-23 <br /> <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE relating to establishing a Manufactured Housing Community Zone; <br />amending the Zoning Map; amending Chapters 15.02 and 19.03, 19.04, 19.05, and 19.13 <br />EMC; repealing Title 17 EMC; amending Ordinances 3774-20, 3534-17, and 4102-25 <br /> <br />Vice President Rhyne closed the public hearing without vote, with guidance from David Hall, <br />Legal. <br /> <br />The following members of the public provided comment: Ross Angeledes and Ken Pierson. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, that this is declared <br />to be the third and final reading of Council Bill 2604-23. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The City Clerk was directed to call roll for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> <br /> AYES: Rhyne, Schwab, Burbano, Zarlingo, Bader, Tuohy <br /> NAYES: None <br /> ABSENT: Weir <br /> <br /> Ordinance 4179-26 adopted.
