Two pre-bid meetings will be held to discuss the project. Attendance of at least <br />one of the pre-bid meetings is mandatory for all prospective bidders. At this <br />meeting the items on the Agenda will be covered (see 1.5 AGENDA). The <br />meeting will also include a site walk of the WPCF Biosolids Pad. <br />B. Each Bidder must sign the sign-in sheet at the meeting. <br />C. Attendance at a pre-bid meeting is one of the supplemental responsibility criteria <br />under Supplemental Instructions to Bidders (Section 004513). A Bid received <br />from a Bidder who did not attend one pre-bid meeting and sign the sign-in sheet <br />will be found not responsible and the bid will be rejected. <br />1.2 DATE <br />A. Meeting 1 - 10:30 a.m., February 26th, 2026 <br />B. Meeting 2 - 10:30 a.m., March 4th, 2026 <br />1.3 LOCATION <br />A. The meeting place will be at the site: 4027 4th Street SE, Everett WA. <br />1.4 TIME <br />A. On February 26th, the meeting/site visit will start promptly at 10:30 a.m. <br />B.
