All addenda released are required to be signed and attached to the bid proposal. <br />B. Bid proposals with addenda that are not signed shall be considered non- <br />responsive and the bid will be rejected. <br />C. Questions received during the walk thru shall be noted and answered as <br />addenda. <br />D.
