May 13, 2026 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8303 authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett <br />in the amount of $10,034,667.37 for the period of March 1, 2026, through March 31, 2026. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLOSING CLARK PARK GAZEBO RENOVATION PROJECT <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8304 closing a Special Improvement Project, entitled “Clark Park <br />Gazebo Renovation Project,” Fund 354, Program 078, as established by Ordinance No. 3897- <br />22. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – WAIVE PUBLIC BIDDING REQUIREMENTS/AUGMENTED REALITY <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8305 waiving public bidding requirements, approving a multiple-year <br />sole source purchase of InVeris FATS AR (Augmented Reality) Training System from InVeris <br />Training Solutions, Inc. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED - CATHODIC PROTECTIONS AND COATING EVALUATION SERVICES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 4 to the professional services agreement with <br />Northwest Corrosion Engineering for Cathodic Protections and Coating Evaluation Services to <br />extend the contract completion date. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – LICENSE TO USE PORT PROPERTY <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign a license agreement with the Port of Everett for City use of the <br />Port of Everett Property for PGSF Construction Access. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – 2026 FIFA WORLD CUP GRANT PROGRAM <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the 2026 FIFA World Cup Grant Program agreement and all <br />necessary documents to accept the award, and authorize City staff to administer the award <br />according to grant requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
