Such products and subscriptions exclude those <br />purchased by any party that is not Customer’s Affiliate as of the Support Commencement Date. <br />Foundational Services Requirement: <br />An active Foundational Services (formally referred to as Base Package) agreement is required to <br />acquire and continue additional services, including Proactive Services, Mission Critical services, <br />Enhanced Solutions, and Multi-Country services, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
