L. <br />No. 94-135 (codified as amended at Title 42, U.S. Code § 6101 et seq.), which prohibits <br />discrimination on the basis of age in any program or activity receiving federal financial <br />assistance. <br /> <br />Article 6 <br />Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 <br />Recipients must comply with the requirements of Titles I, II, and III of the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act, Pub. L.
