Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />4. Presentations of Findings <br />a. Up to 3 meetings with staff, stakeholders, and/or City leadership (remote meetings) <br /> <br />5. Draft Budget Proposal <br /> <br />The project's estimated cost is $66,778. We propose this number as an initial estimate, which can be <br />refined with the Client. A summary table of the budget by task is provided below. <br /> <br />6. Fee Proposal – Method of Payment <br />a. The Consultant will provide monthly invoices to the Client documenting hours and expenses <br />engaged for that month by task. Payment will be made 30 days upon receipt of invoices. <br />b. The Consultant will bill the Client only for hours and expenses incurred up to the total amount <br />specified above, in accordance with the rate schedule below. <br />c. The stated deliverables for a not-to-exceed amount of $66,778 without the Client's written <br />authorization. Project Schedule <br />The Consultant will work with the Client to establish a reasonable schedule for completing tasks. The <br />timeline and deliverable schedule can be adjusted to meet the Client's established milestones and <br />ensure project tasks are completed on time. <br />
