• ORDINANCE NO. An ordinance providing for the opening up, establishing and extending of 'ukilteo Boulevard in the city of Everett, from rest boundary of Federal Street to the east boundary of Forest ='ark, as a public street and highway over and across certain lots and tracts of land in the city of Everett, providing for the ascer- tainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the lands and other property rights taken or damaged thereby, providing the manner, in which the cost and expense of said improvement shall be :Wade, and declaring an a ergency. WHEREAS, it is determined that the opening up, establishing and extending of said street is a public necessity, and that the same shall be of special benefit to certain lots, premises and other property, NOW T:ii.rR FOR , THE CITY OF EVriRATT DOES ORIAIN: Section 1: That N.lukilteo Boulevard be, and the same is hereby opened up, established and extended as a public street and highway from the west boundary of Federal Street to the east boundary of Forest Park, over and across certain lots, blocks, tracts and parcels of land in said city of Everett and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: "Beginning at the r ')C'7;i:Least C;si;'i'er or Bloolc 9 Swalwell' s Third Addition to Everett,tt, thence south along the east line of said block 67.83 feet to the point of beginning; thence north 79° 16' west 1-44.53 feet to the north and south center line through said block, thence south along said center line 61.07 feet, thence south 79° 16 ' east 144.53 feet to said east boundary, thence north along said east boundary 61.07 feet to the point of beginning. " Section 2: That all the lands , premises and other property within the limits bounded and described in Section 1 herein, be, and the same are hereby condemned and appropriated to public use
