<br /> Section 5: That there is hereby created a local improvement
<br /> district fund to be called "Local Improvement District Fund No.286" ,
<br /> which shall consist in the aggregate of the several a/Jounts assessed,
<br /> levied and collected upon the several lots or parcels of land in
<br /> said local improvement district, for the purpose of defraying the
<br /> cost and expense of said improvement.
<br /> Section 6: That the cost and expense of said improvement
<br /> shall be defrayed by special assessments payable by the mode of
<br /> 'Immediate Payment" as defined by law and the ordinances of said
<br /> city. Warrants which may be issued in payment of said improvement
<br /> shall bear interest at the rate of seven per cent per annum from
<br /> date until called.
