<br /> improvement district to be called'Local Improvement District No. - b '
<br /> The boundaries of said district are hereby specified and described
<br /> as follows , to-wit: "All that property which is bounded on the east
<br /> by the east line of the Great Northern right-of-way, on the north
<br /> ` '- by the city limits , on the west by the city limits and the city
<br /> limits produced in a southerly direction, and on the south by the
<br /> north line of the Robinson Manufacturing Company property and said
<br /> ks property line produced in an easterly and westerly direction".
<br /> Section 4: That there be assessed against that portion
<br /> of the property within such enlarged district described as follows,
<br /> to-wit: "Beginning at a point which is the intersection of the south
<br /> line of Eleventh Street produced westerly in its present direction
<br /> , and the east line of the Great Northern right-of-way, thence westerly
<br /> on the said south line of Eleventh Street produced a distance of
<br /> 260 feet, thence southerly and parallel to the Great Northern right-
<br /> of-way to a point 200 feet north of the north line of Fourteenth
<br /> Street dock, thence westerly on a line parallel with and 200 feet
<br /> _ north of the north line of Fourteenth Street dock to the west line
<br /> of the property owned by the Hartley Shingle Company, thence southerly
<br /> along a line at right angles to the Fourteenth Street dock for a
<br /> distance of 416 feet, thence easterly along a line 200 feet south
