<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4181-26 <br /> <br />An ORDINANCE to amend and close the special construction fund entitled “Clark Park Renovations <br />and Off Leash Dog Area” Fund 354, Program 101, as established by Ordinance No. 4032-24. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A. The “Clark Park Renovations and Off Leash Dog Area”, Fund 354, Program 101 was established to <br />provide for the construction cost for the improvements of Clark Park. <br /> <br />B. The purpose of the fund has been accomplished. <br /> <br />C. There are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be <br />received. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 4032-24 which reads as follows: <br /> <br />The sum of $360,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 354, Program 101, “Clark Park Renovations and Off <br />Leash Dog Area.” <br /> <br />A. Use of Funds <br />Construction $ 360,000 <br />Total $ 360,000 <br /> <br />B. Source of Funds <br />CIP 3 $ 350,000 <br />Snohomish County SCPP Grant $ 10,000 <br />Total Project Cost $ 360,000 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
