2026 ORDINANCE: Clark Park Renovations and Off Leash Dog Area Project <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />The Sum of $437,498 is hereby appropriated to fund 354, Program 101, Clark Park Renovations and Off <br />Leash Dog Area”, as follows: <br /> <br />A. Use of Funds <br />Construction $ 437,498 <br />Total $ 437,498 <br /> <br />B. Source of Funds <br />CIP 3 $ 437,498 <br />Total Project Cost $ 437,498 <br /> <br />C. The appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully <br />expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of re- <br />appropriation. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the special construction fund, Fund No. 354, Program 101, “Clark Park Renovations <br />and Off Leash Dog Area” to be closed. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the final revenues and expenses for “Clark Park Renovations and Off Leash Dog <br />Area”, Fund 354, Program 101, are as follows: <br />A. Expenses <br /> Construction $ 437,498 <br /> Total $ 437,498 <br /> <br />B. Source of Funds <br /> Fund 354, Program 101 (CIP-3) $ 437,498 <br /> Total $ 437,498 <br /> <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this Ordinance are authorized to make necessary <br />corrections to this Ordinance including, but not limited to, the correction of scrivener’s/clerical errors, <br />references, ordinance numbering, section/subsection numbers, and any internal references. <br /> <br />Section 5. The City Council hereby declares that should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or <br />phrase of this ordinance be declared invalid for any reason, it is the intent of the City Council that it <br />would have passed all portions of this ordinance independent of the elimination of any such portion as <br />may be declared invalid. <br /> <br />
