Scope of Work <br />Social Media Content Creation & Event Coverage Services <br />Sorticulture + Official SeattleFWC26 Fan Zone Events <br />Project Overview <br />This Scope of Work outlines social media content creation and event coverage services <br />supporting Sorticulture and the Official SeattleFWC26 Fan Zone Watch Parties in Everett, <br />Washington. Content will promote Everett as a vibrant, welcoming, and family-friendly <br />destination through short-form digital storytelling, promotional video content, and real- <br />time social media coverage. <br />Services include the creation of Instagram Reels and Instagram Story content designed to <br />increase awareness, engagement, and attendance for featured events and related tourism <br />activities. <br />TASK 1 — SORTICULTURE PRE-EVENT PROMOTIONAL REEL <br />Deliverables <br />•One (1) Instagram Reel <br />Estimated Compensation <br />•$500 flat fee <br />Tentative Posting Window <br />•1 week prior to Sorticulture 2026 <br />Scope of Services <br />Service Provider shall: <br />•Produce one (1) voiceover/storytelling-style Instagram Reel utilizing previously <br />captured Sorticulture footage <br />•Develop content intended to build excitement and awareness for the upcoming <br />festival <br />•Highlight key event features including: <br />o Artists and vendors
