•June 12, 2026 <br />Scope of Services <br />Service Provider shall: <br />•Produce one (1) Instagram Reel highlighting June tourism and event activities in <br />Everett, with primary emphasis on the Official SeattleFWC26 Fan Zone Watch <br />Parties at Boxcar Park <br />•Include promotional information related to: <br />o Watch party dates <br />o Event location <br />o Entertainment and atmosphere <br />o Family-friendly environment <br />o Waterfront setting and community activation <br />•Reference additional Everett events and activities, including Sorticulture, as <br />appropriate <br />•Attend the June 12 watch party event to capture real-time Instagram Story coverage <br />•Highlight attendee experience, community participation, and event atmosphere <br />through Stories and engagement-focused content <br />•Utilize interactive Instagram Story features, such as polls or question stickers, <br />where appropriate <br />•Coordinate collaborative posting/tagging with Visit Everett and approved event <br />partners <br />General Requirements <br />Service Provider shall: <br />•Provide all equipment, editing software, and production resources necessary to <br />complete the work <br />•Deliver all content in formats optimized for Instagram and short-form social <br />engagement
